yesterday I made vegan cornbread. Turned out great. Best eaten fresh out of thee oven. Had munchies for cornbread this morning, and decided to toast it. Works great. It’s easy to make gluten free also, you just change some of the meal in it.
The recipe I used is from postpunkkitchen: http://www.theppk.com/
I always, almost get a heart attack when on that page. Cravings for fooooooooooood!
But, I found this good guide to tofu: http://vegan.fm/blog/2011/03/how-to-use-tofu/
And I would recommend listening to this song while making tofu:

Cornbread? That must be pretty good with a bowl of vegetable soup! Besides, tofu is a good food, no matter the nutrition or taste. You can actually make your own tofu at home if you don’t want to buy at stores, here is the recipe:

Thank you for the link! I have been thinking about it, but not really gotten around to do it yet. I will check it out, home made is always the best way.
I eat that cornbread with everything, it was so good! But I used ricemilk instead of soy, so I have to make it with that next time. It probably is a difference.
Thank you!
